USPS First Class Mail or USPS Parcel Post – 4 to 6 business days
Used for domestic orders of starter kits and refill packs free of charge. Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 5 days for transit.
USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground – 4 to 6 business days
Used for domestic orders of caviar makers free of charge. Includes 1 day for processing and 3 to 5 days for transit. Tracking information provided when order is shipped.
USPS Express International or UPS Worldwide Express – 6 to 11 business days
Used for international orders of caviar makers. Includes 1 day for processing and 5 to 10 days for transit. Tracking information provided when order is shipped. Contact us at [email protected] before ordering for a quote on the shipping charges.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico
There is no extra shipping fee to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico with our standard services.
+RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED
We understand that returning products is often a frustrating experience, but Trufflina strives to make the process a simple and straightforward one. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.
Return Period
Return your item anytime from the date you received your item(s) within the timeframe below:
· 7 days for Juice Caviar Maker.
· 7 days for Digital Scale.
Non-Returnable Items
Spherification Kits, Refill Packs and ingredients such as sodium alginate, calcium chloride, sodium citrate, xanthan gum, calcium lactate gluconate can not be returned.
Items That Are Defective, Damaged in Shipping, or Incorrect
If you return an item that is defective or was damaged in shipping, you will receive a credit. You may then choose to purchase a replacement item online.
Missing Items or Damaged Product Fee
If the product is missing contents and/or accessories, a missing item or damaged product fee may be charged.
Refunds
Refunds will be credited to the Google Checkout account or PayPal account that was used at time of purchase.

Follow these steps to return your purchase by mail.
1. Pack your return in the original package if possible.
2. Indicate the reason for the return. If the contents are damaged, include a description of the damage.
3. Include all original packing materials and accessories to avoid additional fees.
4. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS ground or insured USPS.

You are responsible for all shipping charges. Please do not return items COD. Any charges for COD shipments will be deducted from your refund amount.
